Water: Water is billed twice a year. (In April and October) Each home is metered and the residents pay for only what they use. The current Pinellas County Utility rate is $4.62/1000 gals.
Rent and Maintenance cover: Lawn mowing, edging, fertilization, & pesticide; Trimming of oak trees and queen palms; garbage pick-up three times per week; road maintenance; use of all amenities; night gate security; on-site friendly management.
Pets: Any home can have one indoor kitty. Only homes in the pet section can have a small dog – less than 20 lbs. (All pets must meet community requirements)
No pet fee is charged.
Electric – Progress Energy: energy and fuel charges are 11.169 cents/kwh for first 1000 kwh – 13.169 cents/kwh above 1000 kwh
